Alain is a beekeeper
On our land we are helping to save the honey bees as well as saving the diversity in our garden. We have set up a Simplex hive of Buckfast bees and one Dadant hive. The aim is to divide these hives in spring and put the divided colony in a natural Warré hive.
We follow Jean-Claude Guillaume’s natural beekeeping method. From 2023 onwards we will be able to share our experiences of this transition with you.
