Article 2: Duration of stay, arrival and departure
The client who signs this contract, concluded for a fixed period, may not under any circumstances take advantage of any right to remain in the premises. Unless otherwise agreed, the tenant must arrive on the day specified at the times (slot) mentioned on this contract.
In case of late arrival, the tenant must imperatively inform the owners. If no news from the tenant before 7pm, the contract will be void and the owners will be entitled to re-let the accommodation. A delayed arrival towards the next day is not possible.
In case of early arrival, the client must also inform the owners to ensure their presence and availability. On the morning of departure, the tenant undertakes to leave the rented premises at the time specified in this contract.
